Some of the best people we know make the best work we've seen, and almost nobody online has any idea they exist. Not because the work isn't good enough, and not because they aren't trying. Because they were handed a version of social media that was never built for people like them, and they've been blaming themselves for it ever since.
Between us we've sat in the agency version of this, the in-house version, and the freelance-for-anyone-who'd-pay version. Different rooms, same problem. Everyone measured reach, nobody measured whether a single real person felt spoken to, and the advice was always the same: post more, post faster, jump on the trend before it's over.
It worked for the algorithm sometimes. It almost never worked for the actual human running the business, who ended up exhausted and sounding like a stranger.
So we stopped taking that as the job. We started asking a better question. Not "how do we get you seen by more people," but "how do we get you in front of the right ones in a way that makes them want to stick around." Everything we do now is built on that question.
The industry treats visibility like the finish line. Get seen by enough people and the business takes care of itself. We think that's backwards, and we've watched it burn out enough founders to be sure.
Being seen by a thousand strangers does nothing. Being understood by fifty of the right people changes everything. So we don't chase reach, and we don't hand you a content calendar built to feed a machine. We build the thing underneath it: a clear reason for the right person to care, and a way of talking to them that sounds like you on your best day.
That's the whole philosophy. The rest is just execution.

Nadia is the emotional center of the group and the one who cries at other people's launch announcements (she loves a good launch). She remembers every birthday, every anniversary, and the name of your dog.
If you need someone in your corner, it's her.

June is a Taurus who will rearrange your entire content plan and call it "just a small tweak." She runs three miles every morning, has strong opinions about oat milk brands, and is the friend everyone texts before making a big decision because she's annoyingly, consistently right.
You didn't start your business to spend your evenings writing captions. You started it to do the work, the actual work, and somewhere along the way social media became a second full-time job that you're not even sure is paying off. We're here to take all of that off your plate.
We've spent a combined 25 years learning what moves someone from "oh that's nice" to "I need to work with her," and none of it happens by accident. There's an order to it. What they see first, what makes them stay, what makes them save the post and come back three weeks later ready to book. Here's how we can help build that for you.
